US groceries to Trinidad and Tobago, in one barrel
Your barrel goes to the port, and you arrange the pickup
Choose Trinidad and Tobago as your port at checkout. Shore to Shore Shipping carries your barrel there, and you arrange for it to be picked up at the port.
What you can order
The store's departments include Grocery, Household Essentials, Baby & Toddler, and Health & Wellness: cases of drinks, rice, tinned goods, cleaning supplies, paper products, toiletries and baby items. One barrel holds about 10.026 cubic feet and up to 300 lb, the barrel meter in your cart tells you how much room is left, and there is no minimum order.
Packed in Edison, New Jersey
Your order is picked and packed by hand into one of our blue barrels at our facility in Edison, New Jersey. You never handle a box or pay for packing materials. If your order outgrows one barrel, it ships in two.
Duties are separate
Trinidad and Tobago sets its own import duties and customs charges. The person collecting the barrel pays them, and they are not included in the shipping charge. Check with your local customs authority for the current allowance on household goods.
What checkout shows
The charge is per barrel, not per item, so a nearly full barrel costs the same to ship as a few items. At checkout a barrel to Trinidad and Tobago shows as $160, which includes $40 handling for packing and loading, in US dollars, before you pay.
