How To Use Zatarain’s Concentrated Liquid Shrimp &amp Crab Boil?

Shake well before using. For a dozen crabs, 5 pounds of shrimp or crawfish, boil 2.5 quarts of water and 5 tablespoons of salt in a large pot. Add one tablespoon of this Shrimp &amp Crab Boil and return to boil. For crabs, boil for 2-5 minutes depending on size and turn off the heat. For shrimp or crawfish, return to a boil and turn off heat. Allow seafood to soak. For shrimp, soak for 2-5 minutes. For crawfish, soak for 30 minutes. For crabs, soak for 30 minutes. Drain, serve and enjoy!

This recipe can be adapted for other foods as well, including hot dogs, fresh corn, red beans, marinades and potatoes. Adjust the quantity of Shrimp &amp Crab Boil for different quantities of food.
