Great on grilled corn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this new Elote seasoning from “Spanglish Asadero.” It was perfect for our esquites(basically elote corn in a bowl). It was flavorful and tasted like classic “elote” seasoning. Next time I use it, I will go lightly with it (I didn’t realize salt was the first ingredient). Also, it already has parmesan cheese powder in it. This had a good balance of paprika and chipotle along with cheese and citrus. It will be great on grilled corn for elote, or even on chicken!
