Color and texture
Wasn’t sure of the quality but gave it a chance. Too much to clean and skin. Not as good for dips.
Excellent price, Delicious product
I make salmon cakes with this product and it is of great quality and the bones are easily removed (not that it is necessary to). The per can price is hard to beat. I like that I know this brand as well, it’s Trident, what I usually buy in other stores. Made in the USA 🙂
Excellent Product
This is a very versatile product to feed several people. Made some of the best Salmon cakes. Can easily get 4 large (3-inch) cakes from each can.
Do not buy
I bought these multiple times and each time there were very hard, bone -like pieces all throughout it. It was always like that when I bought them. I doubt its harmful but it definitely is unpleasant and a lot of work to remove all of it.
