Horrible chemical taste…box came open, so had to count them…they were all there

The coffee itself is good, so we’re super sad that for every 5 cups of coffee we make 3 of them end up with grounds in the cup! We reported the problem to Sams customer service and they graciously sent us another box of pods, kudos to Sams! But, we have the same problem with the second box.
OK coffee
Good tasting coffee, many pods lefy coffee grounds in the coffee. Will not purchase again.
