Ingredients:


  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen corn, about 3 cups
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons���McCormick�� Parsley Flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons���Lawry’s�� Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon���pepper

    Steps:


    1. Mix all ingredients in medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner.
    2. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring after 3 minutes.

      • 1/4 cup olive oil
      • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
      • 2 tsp Lawry’s�� Seasoned Salt
      • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
      • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
      • 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch chunks
      • 1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks

        Steps:


        1. Mix oil, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt in small bowl until well blended. Alternately thread shrimp and vegetables onto skewers.
        2. Grill over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning frequently and brushing generously with oil mixture. Serve with cooked rice or couscous, if desired.
