Mini corn dogs with ketchup and jalapeño
Ingredients
&bull 460 mls Milk
&bull 1 Egg
&bull 40 gs Melted butter
&bull Salt and pepper to taste
&bull 60 gs Ketchup
&bull 4 tbsps. Jalapeños La Costeña®
&bull 12 Cocktails sausages
&bull 1 cup Vegetable oil
&bull 1 tbsp Roasted sesame
Preparation time
1. Beat Hot Cakes flour, milk, egg and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Blend ketchup with Jalapeños peppers.
3. Cover frankfurters with dough and fry in hot oil.
4. Serve corn dogs with blended Jalapeno ketchup and sesame
