Ingredients
&bull 460 mls Milk
&bull 1 Egg
&bull 40 gs Melted butter
&bull Salt and pepper to taste
&bull 60 gs Ketchup
&bull 4 tbsps. Jalape&ntildeos La Coste&ntildea&reg
&bull 12 Cocktails sausages
&bull 1 cup Vegetable oil
&bull 1 tbsp Roasted sesame

Preparation time
1. Beat Hot Cakes flour, milk, egg and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Blend ketchup with Jalape&ntildeos peppers.
3. Cover frankfurters with dough and fry in hot oil.
