Not good
This is horrible! All Kristeaz gluten free mix’s they are grainy and don’t cook up well. Lake in taste! King Arthur GF mix’s are the best! In fact I’d enter one in a bake contest, yummy!
Excellent %26 Moist with a Few Additions
So moist and flavorful, but I did it my own way – added one and a half cups of sour cream and a tbsp of vanilla extract. Baked in a bundt cake pan for 40 min at the recommended temp (check with a toothpick to be sure), added frosting and oh. my. goodness…. it’s so delicious, flavorful and moist.

Good GF cake mix
I have been celiac for 26 years now. This cake mix is great. I added some seasonings and turned it into a “spice” cake mix and it worked out great! Cake typically isn’t my first choice of dessert but this cake tastes great and I would choose this brand again.
