    Perfect flavor, and so good for long term storage. Amost 8 POUNDS. You can use this for so many things!
    I put the Bullion into sandwich zip lock bags, then put the sealed bags back into the container. I put one bag worth in a re-used spice container to keep in my spice cupboard. Just prevents sneaky air humidity from getting to the bullion every time you open the jar.
