1 Pork Shoulder or Boston Butt
Sweet Preacher Pork Rub
Steps:
Preheat smoker to 250°F.
Rub down pork with Sweet Preacher.
Smoke indirectly for 5 hours.
Wrap in foil and cook until 205°F internal.
Pull, rest, smash.

Great addition
I love the idea of a nice sweetness to any bbq. I have used this on Ribs, pork shoulder, pork belly, and even in my smoked chorizo and beef chili. Can I get a discount on a case? how about a pallet?
