I like The Better Nut Bar better than Kind bars. Better flavor and better value.
Absolutely wonderful and healthy!
This bar is delicious and a great breakfast bar or snack. I also carry some in my car. They have low sugar and sodium, high fiber, and are a good source of protein. I see that our neighbors to the north (Canada) make these and think kindly of them! Anyhow, with so many different nut bars to choose from, these are my absolute favorite and are highly recommended!

Nice size! No so big that you don’t want to finish it, but just big enough to hit that craving!!
Tasty but low in protein.
Only 6g of protein per bar. Wish they had at least 12g or more protein.
