I thought i was buying survival food that’s has a 25 year shelf life, bucket says use by 2032.

Not Entirely as described
I purchased these on 09/15/22 and received them on 9/21/22. While the receipt of the items was quick after looking at the expiration date on the containers I noticed that the item was manufactured in 06Sep22 and the best by date is 07Jul32. That’s less the 10 years?????? The description of the item’s indicate a shelf life of 25 years. I called Augason Farms and spoke with Tammy who indicated that expiration date reflects the earliest expiration date of a product in the container not all. She believes this is the Bananas. So the actual description of the product is misleading. I purchased items from Augason Farms back in 2013 and notice the expiration dates of these products.

Be prepared
With this current administration destroying our great country at a record pace, we bought three containers for two adults. Since we live in the Sierras, we have unlimited protein resources available (deer, turkey, fish, and eggs) so this purchase will allow us to meet all our dietary needs.
