Always high quality, absolutely love that it is peanut free! Great price. Made in USA. I use it in all my baked goods to add some extra nutrition and like to substitute ground flax+water (2.5TB Water +1 TB ground flax) when I don’t have butter or eggs available to me. Another user said it tasted bad? I have never eaten it raw, so I can’t comment on that. But in baked goods (breads, granola bars, muffins etc.) it is delicious if you’re looking for that taste, and if you’re not, you won’t notice it. My parents, who would never eat anything that is healthy intentionally, love the baked goods I make and cannot believe that there is flax in there. I do sincerely hope that Sam’s continues to carry this brand. Our family adores it.
