Great for Fruit
Makes the perfect addition to those late night fruit snacks. Mango along with cantaloupe have been my go to add for the Umami Salt. Very flavorful with tomatoes as well. Have yet to try it as a seasoning.
Quality was good, container not so much
The quality of the salt was good. Tasted like regular salt, nothing fancy. However, the container it is packaged in could use some editing. The wholes on the side you are supposed to use for shaking are rather large. When my husband opened it and went to shake it a large amount of salt came pouring out onto his food.
Mighty Salt
I have used Mighty Salt in multiple recipes. It works great for grilling or adding flavor to items. I like it as a salt alternative. It bakes/cooks well. It is a good price point and the bottle is big.

I love this salt because it is very fine. I use it every time I’m cooking. It brings good flavor to anything it’s added to. My family loves the taste,I will continue to use this salt for my everyday cooking needs.
The missing ingredient!
This salt has a touch of MSG. That makes it perfect for that lo mien or stir fry you just cant seem to master. Also goes great in a casserole. Noone will know why its so savory but you will. A must have for your pantry.
