Use this when I cook chicken and cornish game hens in my air fryer. Also on turkey done in the big air fryer. It adds great flavor to the birds and gravy drippings.

The supermarket poultry version was a teeny jar at $6. This is very cost effective. I share this with friends, putting it in small jars. I swear this is the same seasoning Sam’s uses on their fresh rotisserie chicken.
