Equal sweetener 1000 packets bait and switch
I have a Sam’s Club membership and I used to get the equal sweetener 1000 packets for $11.42 at my local Sam’s Club. The past couple of months they have not had it in the store. I just called a rep and she stated that the item is not discontinued, just out of stock. If that is the case then why can I order it through shipping for a fee? Why can’t I order it and they ship to the store? I would have to upgrade for $50 and spend $50 to get it at the regular advertised price. This is bait and switch and when I explained this to the rep she said there’s nothing she could do and hung up. The just took the “Customer” right out of customer service to me.

I have been using Equal for many years and enjoy the sweet taste. Also like buying in large quantity so I do not have to make frequent trips to store.
“Equal” again
I was saddened when SAMS Club quit carrying the 1000 count Equal sweetener. I have been using it forever! On a whim, I went to SAMS Club website and saw where I could order it! I ordered three boxes!
