Superb Flavor!
This syrup is delicious, and I could eat it by the spponful! Those who reviewed it poorly as “thin and watery” must not be accustomed to genuine maple syrup. This is excellent maple syrup with a rich bourbon flavor that does not overpower. We ate this on sourdough waffles and would.love to try in cocktails and pecan pies and cookies as well. It is expensive and not for everyday use,but worth it for special treats!
